Ukulele is a kind of stringed instrument. It looks like a small guitar. It was import from Hawaii to Taiwan in recent years, so that is why Ukulele Studio is founded from this trend.
The study probes about Ukulele Studio investing in instrument market initially, how the company makes marketing and business strategy in the industrial environment. We analyzed its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and five forces of industry. We can learn the following key elements to realize the industry form Ukulele Studio this case:
1.To understand the instrument before putting in the instrument industry: controlling the instrument qualities, maintaining, playing and teaching skills are the basic elements to put in the industry.
2.To look for multiple suppliers can diverse risk diversification: a lot of suppliers also can seek the most advantageous purchase price, and ensure that supply goods stably.
3.To provide useful information by blogs and focus on the physical channel: through crucial information from the blog, so that consumers can search the website easily, and have the confident on the blog store. We strengthen on the physical sales service depend on shopping goods attribution.
4.Cooperation with different industries and share the consumers mutually. Because of different industries can integrate resources and join promotion , it provide the consumers multiple services. For example, cooperation of ukulele studio and Hawaiian Hula Dance Company is invited the performance. It increases exposure rates both of Hawaiian Hula Dance Company and Ukulele Studio, and crate a win-win situation.
