After joining the WTO, globalization led to changes in industrial structure, while the domestic food and beverage industry has become increasingly intense market competition. This paper was to explore the food and beverage industry in the face of dramatic changes in competition, how to use decision support information systems to constantly changing in response to external competitive environment. Through a case study companies in this key decision makers in order to in-depth interview and questionnaire data sorted and analyzed by DeLone and McLean information systems success model to study the decision support system for the individual company's critical success factors. The results of this study not only provides case management company in the future based on, but will allow food and beverage industry, Decision Support System development process and experience, a systematic study of them, in order to continue the study for future reference.
