碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 98 === According to practice of management and result of literature reviews, “change order” is a major factor during the construct project life cycle. Configuration management is a complete management method that developed for dealing with the problems of change order in national defense and aerospace industry. As time goes on, configuration management become one part of Quality Management System which coded ISO 10007. The purpose of this thesis is to help managing change order by applying ISO 10007 that include four basic functions which are identification, control, status accounting, and audit. This thesis adopts the risk management concept, Plan-Do-Check-Act management cycle and Process model (Input-Process-Output) to establish and illustrate “change order management model of construction project”. To the further, the processes of model, forms, statistics data, and Q＆A were brought out by public construction project case study. Due to exercise the model in the case, we improve change order management skill, and obtain some advantages such as authorize appropriately, process completely, document qualitatively, control effectively. In a one word, managers can reduce negative effect from change order, and can satisfy owner’s need by the suggested model.
