Among them, ISO 31000 that the most influential of International Organization for Standardization issued. This international standard with the common main factor of all countries risk management standard and establish. It can be said the lowest limit for the implementation of risk management. Due to the reason mentioned above, the study direct at ISO 31000:2009“Risk management–Principles and guidelines”carry on the initial study of content and analysis detailed. Through the development of risk management to understand the changes and grasp the current trends in the international risk management. The study is expected to enable each person to a preliminary understanding of risk management and help organizations build, implement for its own risk management, enhance the possibility of organizations achieve their goals.
