In the world today, incessant innovation and reformation are the keys to the enterprise sustainability. "Innovation" takes inspiration and chance, and cannot be achieved just like that, but an enterprise can always reform and reinforce the competence through continual introspection to explore the "constraints" in order to gain chances of survival and prosperity. Thus, how to locate the root cause of present problems, to delineate a feasible solution are the essential challenges of the business managers. The research has explored how to employ Theory of Constraints in enterprise diagnosis, and has constructed a diagnosis process based on the thinking process of Theory of Constrains. At the end, the research employs a case study to verify the adaptability of the diagnosis process. The research aims to construct a diagnosis process that will help the general enterprises to solve problems and improve the performance, and will works as a reference for the business managers. Through verification by practice, the diagnosis process constructed does help to locate the root cause of the problems. Moreover, the diagnosis process provides solutions and action plans whose effects can be predicted and results can be verified and will work for reference for the managers.
