Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 高分子系 === 98 === FKM (Fluororubber) has been widely used in harsh environment due to its outstanding performance of heat-resistance, oil-resistance, solvent-resistance, corrosion-resistance and fatigue-resistance nevertheless compared with other rubbers the high-price is the only concern.NBR (Nitrilerubber) has great performance of abrasion-resistance, aging-resistance and high rotate-sealing, but lack of oil-resistance in high operating temperature.
The aim of our work is to take advantage of Fluororubber and Nitrilerubber in fabrication of the excellent performance of anti-oil, high rotate-sealing and anti-fatigue composite materials with cheap price and outstanding properties. Additionally the processing of oriented staple fibers with rubbers were reinforced the physical properties of Fluororubber.
In this study, first the vulcanization behavior, physical and anti-oil properties of Fluororubber and Nitrilerubber were discussed respectively.
Second we employed polymer-blend technique to improve the interfacial adhesion between Fluororubber and Nitrilerubber result in the best adhesion of the interface ratio of FKM/NBR = 5: 5.
Third the compatibility of Fluororubber the dipped Ppyrole and Nafion Polyethylene terephthalate were discussed for the interfacial adhesion of FKM/PET.
