All the CEOs start to build up the credit risk system to strengthen their competitive advantage. By this study, I'd like to show how enterprises build up customers' credit risk system, and simplify the risk-related information for CEOs to make decision. Enterprise can reduce their credit risk by implement this system. Credit risk management is not only focus on qualitative and quantitative evaluations, but also the execution. All these three elements can affect the results. Sales and credit management workers should pay attention on market and industry information to enhance the validity of the evaluation. Credit scoring by IT system can use objective standard to avoid credit management workers over express subjective ideals, and reduce moral risk. All the information can pass over immediately through internal network.
