investment targets to many investors for a long time. However, behind
the high earning rate, there exists high risk also. Therefore, if investors
don’t have proper investment tools, they will be overwhelmed by too
much information and can’t make a correct decision. Nowadays,
investors use fundamental and technical analysis to analyze the trend
of stock market. Since more companies tend to cover important
operation information and misguide investors, only consider the
fundamental date released by a company before making an investment
decision may not be viable any more.
In this research we use Z-score＆T-score method chooses stocks,
and use moving average line ＆ K/D index ＆ DIF/MACD index cross
method decide trade timing buy or sell a stock. The result reveals that
using T-score day index choice stock for investment have 80%
profit.Using T-score weekly index choice stock decide trade timing buy
and sell have 90% profit. In order to understand the importance of
T-score technical indexes to stock market, we emphasize our research
on technical analysis of stock market.T-score technical indexes analyze
historical date of a stock and provide a basis to predict its future
performance.
