This system has the following advantages. (1) There is no hidden detection region in a closed space. (2)The system can function in darkness. (3)The system can detect intruders having environmental temperature. (4) The system have ultra-high resolution to detect tiny intruders. (5) Intruders can not evade from the system. In this paper, we build a laser scanning anti-burglary system by using a semiconductor laser, a MEMS mirror, photo-detectors, a room covered by mirrors, and logic circuits. Signals of all detectors are collected, recorded and compared from time to time.
