However, because of rising incomes, changing of lifestyle, increasing purchase income ...etc, while people in pursuit of convenience and fashion these changing elements also provides possibilities for other consumer financial products to rise. Personal loan is one of the many financial products that provide a larger profit spread. This is also the cash cow product for the new and foreign banks to generate profits for the past few years.. However, due to the rigorous competition, the banks have a common mentality to cut or reduce interest rate and handling fees approach to attract customers while trying to get rid of interbank competition. This leads to long-term consequences of having all the banks in the credit market to decreased gross profit.
