This research discusses the application, experience and limitation of applying TOC on project management of digital still camera development. Regarding TOC application on project management, most of the researches are disusing how to optimize or to simulate the best project Scheduling. This thesis discusses TOC application by using actual project management case on digital still camera product development. This is a descriptive discussion about project scheduling、buffer management、Drum-Rope-Buffer concept、and limitation from actual project management experience. This research uses TOC systematic logic to analysis project management of a new product development case.
