By applying ARIS modeling concepts, this research models the insurance police knowledge from the aspects of organization, function and data. Then, insurance policy ontology is established to describing the model knowledge. Finally, rule based system has been established to allow users to access the knowledge of insurance policy, maintain the knowledge content, and to increase flexibility of the system.
