Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 98 === The rise and development of countefeit (Shan-Zhai) products, especially the 2G Shan-Zhai handsets in China market, has subverted the global market in the recent years. Not mention to the issue of intellectual property rights, the disputes of consumers over the quality and safety of the unapproved handset products has been growing up seriously. In order to control product quality and protect consumer's right, the government of China, the cradle of Shan-Zhai handsets, has asked manufactories to follow the sale regulation named Three Guarantees for product repairing, exchange and return. This research will use the China's sale regulation of handset as an quality standard to achieve the target of Three Guarantees through the interviews of companies in handset industry and the experience of Reliability Testing Model running these years and assume that the products are batch manufacture, and reasonably estimating the reliability cost by theStandard Costing System model which has been adoped by international institutes for years. To analyze the impact for Shan-Zhai manufactures from adding cost through the view of proportion calculation of material cost, benchmark, and the time cost comparison. The relliability cost assessment could be used as the cost reference for Shan-Zhai manufacturers to reach the quality of standard product. The cost projection from this research offers an approach for Shan-Zhai handset manufactures to conform the China's handset sale regulation and also provides a method to evaluate product quality for telecommunication companies and distributors.
