And their new-product development are often follow “me too” strategy. To face the homogeneous products competition in the market, lots of companies found the connectors that rely on high-quality, low cost and differentiation can not to meet the needs of the clients. They start to use “speed and flexibility” strategy in order to enhance the company's competitive advantage gradually. Therefore, some of the companies began to import the relevant software packages and services in order to increase their quick response capability. However, due to lack of information specialists and financial constraints, most of small and medium enterprises purchased the software packages with less degree customization in the beginning of importing Management Information System(MIS). Due to lack of integration considerations, it leads to the various systems are unable to make an effective integration and usage. And it will be a “scotoma” in management. Therefore, this research focus on the R&D control before mass production stage, it applying Enterprise Application Integration(EAI)in order to shorten customization connector development schedule. Discussion of R&D control for the actual problems, and development the control module by Enterprise Application Integration tool in the existing MIS database. We integrated intra-organization information from different data source by Microsoft Excel VBA to promote information value, and offered customization management report and management decision-making reference about new-product development control to the relevant personnel. We applying EAI to shorten the new-product development schedule from R&D to Marketing in order to increase opportunities and competitive advantage in the market.
