Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 98 === In this study, we successful synthesized and characterized a series of organic dyes based on a donor - conjugated - acceptor framework. The structure of the four organic dyes composed of an electron donor (diphenylamine or carbazole), a electron acceptor (carboxylic acid) and a 1,3-cyclohexadiene-based spacer. The absorption spectrum and emission spectrum indicated compound 160 possesses good ability of intramolecular charge transfer and broad absorb band compared to other three dyes. All four dyes are light-sensitive and prone to decrease after constant light irradiation All of these dyes were tested as sensitizers for the DSSCs. The best performances were obtained by DSSCs based on compound 160 which showed an overall conversion efficiency of 1.29% (Jsc = 3.38 mA/cm2, Voc = 561 mV, ff = 0.68) under AM 1.5 irradiation (100 mW/cm2)
