碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 多媒體動畫藝術學系 === 98 === 　　Photorealistic Rendering (PR) has always been a main technique in 3D computer animation; however,it is not able to effectively convey the visual message and the meaning of arts.On the other hand, Non- Photorealistic Rendering (NPR) can make up for the defect. This work utilizes the features of NPR and combines the Chinese and Western topic of the Death intern. It uses the discord from materials of oil painting and ink painting in order to show the visual conflicts and to link the story and materials as well as to convey the conflicts between Eastern and Western cultures to build up the tension in the entire story and to show different visual effects from the past.
