Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 工藝設計學系 === 98 === A micro-district is a local industry cluster which is formed by community, foundation of local culture and community life. I integrate the unique regional charm and features with our lives by means of community empowerment. Therefore, the development of micro-districts is mainly the cluster of micro-enterprises combining local culture identities. This research attempts to understand the process of gathering industrial clusters. I expect to make a business model combining local cultural characteristic with industrial cluster. For micro-districts are still under development, I take NTUA creative park as a case. By making questionnaires and interviews to understand the incubator tenants conditions and experts’ perspective on the micro-district. Make it brief, the main purpose of this research is to understand the preliminary needs of establishing micro-districts. To solve the problems and restrictions we face while building the micro-district. I expect to build up the follow up research reference directions through the information collection, questionnaire to the incubator tenants, and the experts’ interview.
