This research hopes to set up a simple and easy procedure to measure the electrical properties of carbons. First, fast assembles component by using dielectrophoresis to make the coil connection of two electrodes, and observing the situation of adherence by using optical microscope, and examines the electrical properties under DC characteristic and high low frequency, finally, using the scanning electron microscope to observe the basic structure of carbon nano-coil. The voltage usage and assembly in the experiment is about 0.8~1.2V/um, and operate frequency is 10KHz, and the length is about 5~12um between carbon connection, resistance is about 1~13X10-3Ωm, the characteristic is capacity under the high frequency. This study hopes to make the preliminary discussion on micro- electronics circuit for carbon nano-coil, and believing there is a good development in the future. 林致廷 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 55 zh-TW
