If an enterprise wants to survive in this environment, it must cooperate with its upper, middle, and also lower end companies to form a supply chain that is resource-rich and can respond quickly to customer demands. After further ordering and cutting items, there are a total of 39 supply chain management practices measured in this study. In addition, there are 11 performance indicators. A total of 91 valid samples are analyzed through factor analysis and path analysis tools to explore the importance of different types of supply chain management practices, and further to identify what types of SCM practices may have impacts on organization performance. The results of this study are: (1) the establishment of 30 SCM practices and eight factor dimensions; (2) there are three dimensions of SCM practices that impact on the operating performance.
