Today`s children are living different from the past with the environment and stimulus. The speed of cognitive development, knowledge content, the way of construction has different characteristics with the previous generation. This study attempts to import the current widely popular Google Earth software, to improve the relevance of teaching for the spatial cognitive ability of elementary social sectors. This study is divided into two parts. First with the &auot;International Vision Outreach Program for Taitung Remote Areas Minority&auot; of Digital Opportunity Center in Taitung, we implement the teaching of Google Earth at Litao Campus and Tawang Church in Taimali, with the help of international volunteers.
