By using questionnaire method, we have reached 314 objects from 90 public elementary schools in Taitung area. Statistics method includes analysis of mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, corelation and regression. The important findings describe as follows: (1) Agreeableness gets highest point among the different variable in personality. Judging by different position, we found agreeableness uppermost significantly. (2) In term of knowledge management, knowledge innovation plays a most influential role among variables. (3) When we take a deeper look on effective teaching, class and grade management and operation varies depending on the scale and location of schools. (4) Personality, effective teaching and knowledge management relate positively, which are equivalent to our hypotheses. (5) After assessing every variable, knowledge application and knowledge innovation predict knowledge management essentially. The results can be used for further discuss in order to help teachers and responsible unit know relevant issues deeply.
