| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部教育行政碩士班(夜間) === 98 === The purpose of this study were to understand the current coping strategies and the stress-coping strategies when facing role stress of personnel officers at elementary and junior high schools in Taitung county; moreover, to explore the differences of role stress and stress-coping strategies among different background variables, to compare different stress-coping strategies based on different aspects and levels, to investigate the correlation between coping strategies and role stress.
Questionnaires were administered to 114 personnel officers including full-time officers, part-time civil servants and part-time nurses. There were 108 valid questionnaires.
