| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部文教行政碩士班(夜間) === 98 === The purpose of the study is to know the composition of band, the operational status, the problems and future development. The study made by documents analysis, survey and interview. The researcher edits the questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. There are one hundred and eighty-two valid samples. The analysis of the results is done by Excel, the average, standard deviation and percentage of statistical methods were used. Interview outline of the study, was interviewed on the two teachers, eight students and two parents. The transcripts were cheeked by the participants,then,analyzed by the researcher.
