The first were to explore the case teacher’s beliefs of classroom management efficiency . Secondary, researcher also explored the process and specific strategies of the case teacher’s classroom management efficiency. Finally, based on the results of this study, to make some suggestion for school teachers and future study. To achieve the aims of this study, first of all, through literature review, analyzed and summarized the literature of classroom management efficiency. Thus, observations, interviews and document analysis to collect information.The main conclusions were drawn as follows: 1. The beliefs of classroom management efficiency:Must be based on the students and the theory, construction of a positive attitude to classroom management ideas, and guide the direction of classroom management. 2. The process of classroom management efficiency: Consideration must be whole, to reflect on the ecosystem concept.Construct and clarify the classroom management course, to check the effectiveness of classroom management. 3. The strategies of classroom management efficiency:At first, we must understand the students.Manage the relationship between classroom climate and cooperation and implement the classroom management efficiency by using circumspect specific strategies. 4. Implement the "expected - behavior - Reflections" improvement and circulation pattern, starting from the sub-goals to accomplish the overall goal. 5. Construction of a positive attitude in the learning environment. Should be based on teacher’s expectations and guide the students to develop their potential. Finally, based on the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions for elementary school teachers, related units and future research. Keywords: Classroom Management Efficiency, case
