碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 98 === The weights setting for making the performance evaluation via the balanced score card (BSC) to an electronic company is addressed in this study. The comparison of five approaches of weights setting is demonstrated by using the illustrative case. Finally, the fuzzy aggregation operators for addressing the four dimensions (e.g. customers, financial, Internal Business Processes, learning and growth) on BSC adoption can be denoted as a suitable and rational weights setting by comparing the results with the other four operators in this study. Besides, the improvement causes can be mined by taking the exponential smoothing technique into the issue of whole performance evaluation with the lower BSC score.
