The Questionnaire survey was adopted, and a total of 331 regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County were selected as research participants. Data was derived from the questionaires analyzed by frequency distribution, percentages, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Fisher's Least Significant Difference. According to this study, the following conclusion was reached: 1. The utilization of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County was at the middle level. 2. The needs of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County was at the high level. 3. There was no significant difference of the utilization of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County among gender, educational background, special educational background, and the arrangement of the special education class. 4. There was significant difference of the utilization of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County among teaching years, experience of teaching students with special needs, the scale of the school, and the location of the school. 5. There was no significant difference of the needs of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County among teaching years, educational background, and special educational background. 6. There was significant difference of the needs of special education resources by regular teachers in junior high schools in Hualien County among gender, the arrangement of the special education class, experience of teaching students with special needs, the scale of the school, and the region of the school.
