碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 健康促進與休閒管理碩士在職專班 === 98 === Abstract The study aimed at investigating the participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of judicature staffs in Hualien and Taitung county. And the researching implement “Questionnaire of the participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of judicature staffs” was designed to find out whether the differences of participation and satisfaction in leisure activities of judicature staffs in different background. The study investigated on the officers in judicature staffs in Hualien and Taitung county. All together 382 questionnaires were issued and 332, or 86% were valid. Through the investigation and statistics of questionnaires, the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, T-test, Chi-square test and one-way ANOVA analysis. The study results are as follows: (1) The male judicature staffs who participated in regular leisure activities occupied 39.1% and female staffs occupied 22.69%. And the participation proportion is low. (2) The major leisure activities which the judicature staffs participated in were playing badminton, walking, playing table tennis, hiking and jogging. (3) There are obvious differences in different sex and position in regular leisure activities. (4) The satisfaction of leisure activities of judicature staffs trend to positive degree. The aspect of relaxation scored the highest (M=4.39), and the aspect of education scored the lowest (M=3.61). (5) The satisfaction of leisure activities of judicature staffs has obvious differences in different sex and position. According to the results of this study, several suggestions for judicature staffs, Judicial Institutions and further studies were made. Hope the study will benefit the participation of leisure activities of judicature staffs.
