Summary: | 碩士 === 臺中技術學院 === 資訊科技與應用研究所 === 98 === Due to the rapid development of technology and computer controlling skills, vision application technologies have become popular. Human vision is three-dimensional because of the dissymmetrical effect caused by the distance between two eyes, so human vision can tell the depth of a scene.
The main purpose of this research is to use two recording video cameras to replace human eyes in order to calculate the real object depth and direction by using optical flow; certain restriction would occur when using traditional optical flow method for calculating optical flow, this might lead to optical flow value miscalculation, and also lower calculation efficiency. Therefore, by using the method suggested in this research, we can lower calculating time and enhance object tracing effect.
Therefore, this research uses improved vision of optical flow to lessen calculating unimportant area and lower calculating time. Through this method, we’ll be able to collect correct data and reinforce the evaluation the object in the images.
