In other word, this study attempts to understand their labor process and consciousness from a employment service station work organization. On the one hand, this study analyzes how dispatched workers treat their social relationships in which dispatched work generating and how they thinking their working skills. On the other hand, this paper also discusses how production-control relations of the employment service station influencing dispatched workers and how external labor market affecting their labor consciousness. This paper uses research of both Shieh,Gwo-Shyong and Burawoy and simultaneously utilizes their theory to analyze dispatched work and their labor. And it tries to explain why dispatched workers to be able to obey under this work system and discusses the proposed issues step by step. The results find that currently there is not a dispatch law in Taiwan. Therefore, public sector usually based on purchases’ law to carry on labor services outside the service committee. However, this method actually intensifies an inequality of labor market, weakening social class consciousness of dispatched workers, and disaggregating possibility of collective organizations. Under a nation is automatically absent condition, dispatched workers are in weakening condition. In knowing that their request is unable to attain and unable to solve, they do have a attitude that they can not handle the situation. In the employment service system, dispatched work is a main thinking. Therefore, government regards labor force as commodity. Such action has also accelerated commercialization of labor force. Finally, this research acknowledges that dispatched workers should have collective agreement and bargaining. This can independently enable them to maintain their rights, strengthening their educational discipline, and raising their core function. At the same time, awakening of group consciousness and a dispatch law formulation are safeguard to protect dispatched workers and the most important linkage.
