Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 不動產與城鄉環境學系 === 98 === With the effect of the globalization and to increase the domestic competition, building a creative city become an important development strategy for cities of all countries around the world. The establishment of a creative living area is essential to build a creative city, so that the creative factors can take root in human beings’ daily life. Further, “community” is getting important in the globalization. Therefore, the study target is the creative community. This study will focus on the required conditions for the establishment of the creative community and to understand the process of a creative network development and how the leader of the network influences the community development through Actor-Network Theory. Through the review and analyses of related documents, the concept and development of a creative community can be further comprehended. With the application of related study and the analyses of Actor-Network Theory, this study aims to analyze the development of a creative community network and the role of community leader. Besides, to realize how creative workers play their roles in the community, the study scope is narrowed to “Taipei County”, where most creative workers gather intensively. The study result finds that a creative community is established based on the emergence of the creative activities, the gathering of talented people, and the interaction of the environment and actors. Except for the abovementioned conditions, different community development types will occur due to the different leaders of community network. Hence, the creative community network and network leaders play very important roles in the development of the creative community. In the future, to build a creative community, except for the required conditions for a community, the training of the talented people and the offer of more completed development plan should be emphasized so as to establish a more complete creative community network. Consequently, the plan and development of a creative community can be further accomplished.
