The fifth and the sixth grade students in Taipei City and Taipei county elementary schools were the subjects of this research. The total returned questionnaires were 1459, the returned rate of the questionnaires had reached 98.1% of effectiveness. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square statistics and logistic regression analysis. The major findings of this research were as follows: 1.The highest rate of parenting styles was “Authoritative-Reciprocal”, followed by “Indifferent-Uninvolved”. 2.The highest rate of teacher discipline was “Authoritative-Reciprocal”, followed by “Indifferent-Uninvolved”. 3.The prevalence rate of being bullied was 14.3%, while 12.2 % of students had bullied others. 4.There was significant difference in bullying behavior of elementary school students in the fifth and the sixth grade, the occurrence rate of bullying behavior of male students was higher than that of female students. 5.There was significant difference in bullying and being bullied in different parenting styles for the fifth and the sixth grade elementary school students, indifferent-Uninvolved” was the highest. 6.There was significant difference in bullying and being bullied in different teacher disciplines for the fifth and the sixth grade elementary school students. “Indifferent-Uninvolved” was higher than “Authoritative-Reciprocal”. 7.The teacher discipline of "Authoritative-Reciprocal" could predict students being bullied obviously. 8. The parenting style of "Autocratic-Authoritative " could predict students bulling others obviously.
