How to make a good strategy to develope a iPhone game in this new business opportunity,and solve those problems during the develope period.How to provide a global commodities.How to make the personal developers and game studio take advantage by smart mobile games in the world.This is the purpose for this research. In opinion of mobile game companies, console or online game companies, personal developer or small studio,the successful development strategy come with the following directions: 1. No longer put a target on Chinese market, instead of global market. 2. Marketing aspects of community-based Internet marketing, and suggested that "game alliance" approach, to create economies of scale. 3. To create brand image or company image. 4.
