In the continuous cycle of pain and suffering, it is only through a clear view on oneself that one will ever be given a chance to escape from such cycle and welcome the coming of joy. This research will use Type I inherited diabetes as an example to illustrate the release of negative emotions through glass work creations based on the essence of glass recycling. Complaints, dissatisfactions are like sharp and cold glass shatters that stabs right into the hearts of the family members. “Input” can be a one-way and selfish emotion, but can also be a recycling strength with strong bonds after self-reflection. The content of the discussion is divided into 5 major chapters. Preface from chapter one is a description on the creation background and motive in addition to the source of all pain, diabetes; relevant theories and creation discussion form chapter two has individually quoted perspectives from Buddhism and Christianity on aspects of suffering as well as ways to salvation from pain as proposed by Buddhism philosophy and contemporary western philosophy before finally listing 3 artists as examples on how to transform pain into arts; chapter three is the deconstruction of creation concepts by analyzing the elements of the said work and through dissembling and recombination, 3 major work series is thus created; chapter four is the analysis on the form and content of the three major work series with the last chapter as the conclusion on the said creation and future prospects.
