Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 課程與教學研究所 === 98 === This research was done to probe into the learning satisfaction of the students from the rotary cooperative education program including three grades in the Commercial Dept. of vocational high school. The discrepancies created among the different parameters will be discussed in order to achieve an understanding on the degree of learning satisfaction from the rotary students of different parameters such as personal backgrounds.
And the period of school year is limited in the second semester of the 98 School Year. 325 papers out of 417 in total are 94.71% available. The learning satisfaction evaluative instrument is “self-edited questionnaire”. This paper’s reliability is 0.934, and contains learning achievements, practice environment, training courses, interpersonal relationships, teacher’s instruction and school administrations. The following conclusions are completed by SPSS for Windows (12.0) was the software used for the statistical calculations. Frequency distribution, Mean Value, t-Test and One-way ANOVA were analyzed in this statistical test.
The major findings of the study are:
1. The commercial students from the Rotary Co-operative Education Program tend to be satisfied overall with the learning satisfaction targeted at the schools.
2. The satisfaction priorities regarding six items surveyed from students at senior vocational high schools under this program are “Interpersonal relationship’ to be the highest, but the “School Administrations” scored lowest.
3. The satisfaction of learning of the commercial department students has significant difference due to such background variances as gender, school grade, purpose of learning, and results of study.
4. The satisfaction of learning of the commercial department students appeared without significant difference among the following students background variance, such as career planning.
It is of my opinion that in the future such research can also be included in the discussion. Furthermore, apart from using questionnaires as the only research tool, in-depth interviews should be included to attain better and more complete results.
According to the conclusions, this study will give relative advices to government, schools, enterprises, and following researchers. It will also offer a way to have a good combination of vocation cooperative education theory and practice, and strengthen effect of vocation cooperative education.
