Take 568 elementary school teachers who are from Keelung City, Taipei City, Taipei County and Taoyuan County as the object of the study. Questionnaire of elementary school teachers in northern Taiwan “surveyed by the overall descriptive statistics and tested by the mean t-test and ANOVA analysis on different background variables. The findings were as follows: 1.Teachers agree the conception and application of story-leadership, particularly on the need for the application. 2. Only the gender variables lead to the significant difference on the perception of the concept of story-leadership.There are significantly differences on other background variables. 3. The frequency of choosing story-leadership as the teachers’ leading behavior is high . And the process of implementing is complete. 4. Only the gender variables lead to the significant difference on the behavior of the concept of story-leadership. 5. The factors of the implementation of story-leadership are neither the teachers’ ability nor the external environment. Otherwise, they have confidence in their abilities to implement the story-leadership. 6. The differences variable backgrounds of teachers lead to the significant differences on the perception of the problems to implement story- leadership. Finally, the conclusions of this study are to make recommendations for education-related institutions and future researchers.
