This research used questionnaire investigation method to conduct the study and incorporated purposive sampling. The sample consisted of researchers working with grade four through six students and total number of 1072 people. Within that number, 190 did pre-surveys and 882 did the official surveys. This research drafted its own “Elementary School Students’ Perception of the Teacher’s Sense of Humor, Teacher-Student Relationship, and Teaching Effectiveness questionnaire” and used it as a research tool. As for data processing, using mean, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and used Structural Equation modeling to test theory in order to solve the problem this research purposed. This research concluded the following findings: 1. Teacher’s sense of humor, teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness had highly perceived by the elementary students’ perception . 2. Female students had better result in regards to the teacher’s sense of humor, teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness. 3. Older students had better result in regards to the teacher’s sense of humor, younger students had better result in regards to the teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness. 4. The students perceived female teachers had better sense of humor, teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness. 5. The students perceived seniority of 16-20 years teachers had better sense of humor, teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness. 6. The students perceived age of 41-50 years teachers had better sense of humor, teacher-student relationship, and teaching effectiveness. 7. A teacher’s sense of humor effected teaching effectiveness through mediating teacher-student relationship. Base on the above concluding results, this research purposed related recommendations to the teachers, school administration, and future research, in hopes to be reference for educators and provide future research with research direction.
