Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the Andersen test with 30-15IFT test to predict the elementary school students of the maximum oxygen uptake related to the establishment of maximum oxygen uptake predicted regression equation. Methods: The subjects were healthy 11-12 year-old elementary school students, the sample of 49, boys 23, girls 26; subjects wearing the mask of gas production in a treadmill test for maximal oxygen uptake process record of gas analyzer .In the Sanshia stadium for jogging 15 seconds, dynamic rest 15 seconds of Andersen test. Results records to the subjects by the number of laps run (laps)-based and running 30 seconds, 15 seconds dynamic rest of 30-15IFT test, results for the subjects in the phase of failure rate, which is the maximum running speed. Results: Andersen test scores, 30-15IFT and maximal oxygen uptake test scores and the correlation coefficients of .796 and .697(p <.05); also retest reliability also reached statistically significant level, .854 and .747. Conclusion: Andersen test and 30-15IFT test can accurately predict the maximum oxygen uptake of elementary school students, according to test results, gender developed two tests predict maximal oxygen uptake regression formula to predict maximum oxygen uptake of school children, the formula is as follows:
Maximal oxygen uptake = -0.301 0.828 * Andersen test score 3.339 * Sex
Maximal oxygen uptake = -9.207 3.423 * 30-15IFT test score 4.232 * Sex
Key words: maximum running speed, Andersen test, 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test.
