The study of abroad school bullying appeared in the mid-twentieth century, contrary to that, the study in Taiwan has just started. Among which, the problem of bullying within the sport team, has still not been concerned by the researchers in the country. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mystery of the phenomenon of bullying.
The phenomenon of bullying from both the perspectives of an outsider and insider. Due to the lack of literature from the insider’s perspective view, self-narrative approaches in this study, describes the athletes bullying experience. The study -"bullying experience", refers to the researcher who experienced verbal bullying, physical bullying and sexual bullying experience. Under the biaxial issues of outside researchers and the unique result, surrounded by the bullying experience, self-analysis dialogue between the team cultures, I found that the bullying sufferer develops with depersonalization; this impact phenomenon repeated in the sufferer’s life from time to time. Sufferer also has difficulty to cut and segment the feeling between the favorite sport and the bullying experience. For the past 20 years, the researcher himself had the hard time to cut and break down the love-hate relationship between his favorite handball exercise and the unforgettable bullying experience. By this research, I try hard to get rid of the hard time that I ever had and figure out the reason why the experience linked consistently with me. Also, I would like to discover the effects and different internal and external phenomenon after the bullying acts.
