Reasonable division of the appropriate school district, for national education has some influence. Although the school district planning principles have relevant laws and regulations.But the school district planning does not have clear implementation of specific elements and working modes. And most school districts are divided into decision making is subjective and dependent on planners or experience-based, not an objective of planning. So, to put forward strong evidence or data dialectical relevance of their school district to meet rational division can be calculated by scientific methods to improve the schoo-l district division of the problem. Theory of operations research objective will be to establish a school district divided into models such as linear programming. However, traditional linear programming problems dealing with the resources of its objective function or constraints of the parameters are all defined values. So, the past studies which about using linear programming in school district planning documents are based on a fixed school location, school capacity and home to school distance of the fixed value under the plan. But for practical planning, whether it is appropriate, but also it is an opening problem. This article aims to explore the fuzzy environment, how to obtain the optimum division of the district. Construct the fuzzy linear programming model used in elementary school, Taipei, Taiwan school district division of the problem. Model taking into account the amount of resources to schools to accommodate the fuzzy constraints, how obtain the optimum division of the district in Da-an elementary schools which schools have the best value per division; while the overall satisfaction level by region.Second, the decision variables are also available solution, the decision variables can be used as a basis for resource allocation.At the same time, through the systematization of this model to solve the proposed procedure will be useful in other areas of the school district division, or other resource allocation of the fuzzy constraints. In practice, the planning, Daan District, Taipei City, for example, some schools the number of stars over their school capacity, and is located a new elementary school in last year.Therefore, this study want to understand the present, Taipei, Taiwan, without added a new elementary school under the school district divided into fuzzy linear programming model in their school districts under the division of satisfaction situation. Then according to the Ministry of Education promulgated one of the academic year 99 year principle and the maximum class size limit tolerance capacity of schools, new schools will be taken into account, trying to school capacity to limit the number of fuzzy interval as the criterion of resources, explore the available satisfaction of the circumstances to accept the best school district allocation model and derive their overall satisfaction level.
