Many customers want to purchase their ideal houses while holders of immovable property wish to sell the property at a reasonable price as quickly as possible. With uneven information between both sides, real estate industry as a bridge is relied on in transaction. The thesis chooses real estate industry as the object in the thesis to explain how to utilize K-Means clustering algorithm of data mining for grouping, which helps the industry to promptly obtain types of demand from customers for immovable property as well as match them up.
