In order to analyze the communicaiton ability of Autism children, this research was conducted by case study, under the observation, interviews with child, collecting the data and the parants’ requirement. The researcher tought children through the games, and presented the result by qualitative analysis. The finally results are as follow: 1. It can inhance the Autism children’s communication ability and the gradation of each game level. 2. It can increase the parents’ perception of the games level; moreover, it can play the routine game to strengthen the active requests and the interacting opportunities from children. 3. When the Autism children have already reach a higher communication level, they might still apper the lower level conmmunication behavior. The suggestions to the family which has the Autism children: 1. An attractive toy can use as the medium for parent-child interaction, it can also encourage children’s communication ability and actively playing toys. 2. Parents play as the: situation maker, communication facilitator, and interation launcher. The advices to the following researcher: 1. Expanding the research field to the ecological system, it makes Autism children to generalize the communicating object and circumstance. 2.Proceeding the longitudinal sutdies, it develops the education activies and communication strategies within the communication intervention.
