Try to analyze what problems and challenges that the case will to face. This study based on case study method, several approaches were employed including in-depth interview, documents collection and analysis. Findings and discussions may help that the department of music making self-examination of pre-service teacher education courses for music teachers. Finally, according to the conclusions, this study made some suggestions to the department of music teacher training, and the following studies in the future. By summing up and analyzing the materials, this study had drawn the following conclusions: I.The curriculum of primary school music teacher education needs to operate in coordination with the center of teacher education in this study. II.The curriculum’s goal will follow the different times, the needs of society, and teaching career in future. It’s less to take comprehensive thinking on curriculum planning. III.The construction had no notable change, the curriculum get modification in optional a little. Hardly to show the case’s motivation ideal. IV.The curriculum content emphasis on music professional knowledge and skills training, but the theory and practice about how to teach music is hardly to see in the content. V.The curriculum development limited by credits, professional teachers, and student aspiration of elective courses.
