The con -struction and operation of a mass rapid transit system in Taipei are mprov- ing the flow of traffic lines,and revitalizing the proper functioning of the city.We look forward to bustling commercial avtion,because we can reach the business area more easy.Taipei city office of commerce offered a plan about the business area.And they have many advertisements to find charming factors.This study uses statistic and interview to discuss the effect on Lungshan-Temple business area under opening of MRT Banqiao- Nangang line. The conclusion is：According to transportation principles, the proprietors and the consumers identify convenient traffic in Lungshan -Temple business area.But the proprietors have disagreement about income.In the TOD principle, relevant facilities have effect on business patterns. For the proprietors,all things will be considered a way to raise achievement. For the consumers,linking MRT station and every shopping street is important.We need to pay attention to security and sanitation of Lungshan-Temple business area. Besides, we must attach importance to factors of temples and historic interests,Than combine those factors with MRT to advertise.
