The conclusion is:According to transportation principles, the proprietors and the consumers identify convenient traffic in Lungshan -Temple business area.But the proprietors have disagreement about income.In the TOD principle, relevant facilities have effect on business patterns. For the proprietors,all things will be considered a way to raise achievement. For the consumers,linking MRT station and every shopping street is important.We need to pay attention to security and sanitation of Lungshan-Temple business area. Besides, we must attach importance to factors of temples and historic interests,Than combine those factors with MRT to advertise.
