The core of study based on age, height, weight, BMI index, education, and income to analyze gap between the high criteria and low criteria for Preference in Perfection and Preference in Choosing Spouse. The purpose of the study is trying to find out and realize the real thinking or truly intention of the unmarried people in the criteria for preference.
The survey method of the study is questionnaires and the survey object is unmarried people. The questionnaire contents two parts. First part is basic personal data. The second one is about Preference in Perfection and Preference in Choosing Spouse. The total retrieve of effective samples is 1,294, including 425 from male and 869 from female in three age groups. The data is analyzed by Descriptive Analysis, Compare Means, One-way ANOVA, and Chi-square Tests which are processed by SPPSSI2.0 Chinese Version.
What criteria do the unmarried people use when judging an ideal companion? According to the study, the ideal companion of the unmarried people concluded in the following conclusions. Firstly, the ideal age is in the low criteria of preference. Secondly, the ideal height is in the high criteria of preference. Thirdly, the ideal weight is in the low criteria of preference. Fourthly, the ideal BMI index is in the low criteria of preference. Fifthly, the ideal education is in the high criteria of preference. And, finally, the quantity of women in the high criteria and the ideal income for unlimited income are greater than male.
