And I inspect these contradictions to see if there is anything about life meaning or enlightenment of work values. There are a lot of stories in my experience. Some stories are mine, others are not. But those stories have the same contradictions. So we can take those stories as ours. When spring and summer switching, there will be a group anxiety phenomenon in some private elementary schools. The contract rule is like a migratory bird every year. The group anxiety phenomenon is due to teacher’s job uncertainty and the contract cannot be control. In the worried and conflicting duration, the school ambience is strange. Some can keep job but others may be fired. If someone has the contract, the same sojourn life will repeat again, the adaptation ability needs to be exam also. I re-introspect the effect of school adaptation by narrative inquiry. Try to explain myself, make life decisions. And find out the future possibilities as well as introspect my viewpoint of education job. Then I record these knowledge and tell stories to let someone know the reason at some problems. Even know how to make plan and solve the same problem. Sarbin(1986) said that narrative is telling story actually. Murray talked “an organism history is the organism” in exploration of personality. So, an individual is history exactly.
