Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 語文與創作學系語文教學碩士班 === 99 === Writing is the way to illustrate thinking and creating ability of students. Teachers have to guide the students step by step thoughtfully. Based on the thinking ability and innovative teaching strategy of creative thinking, this study demonstrates the follow-up writing of guided writing for fourth graders in elementary school. Through eight units of writing lessons, it guides students in practicing four kinds of themes including “the matter,” “the people,” “the thing,” and “the scenery.” The main purpose in using this writing method is to improve their writing process, enhance their interest in writing, and further promote students’ writing ability accordingly.
Content analysis which put equal emphasis on quantity and quality complements of case analysis were used in this study. It demonstrates process of teaching, analysis of composition, review of teaching, before and after test to present the follow-up writing as a way of teaching writings. The conclusion is as following:
1. The follow-up writing of guided writing combining with innovative teaching strategy of creative thinking is able to enrich the writing materials, which could make the subject and material on writing more flexible.
2. The follow-up writing of guided writing complying with composition rules is able to develop thinking capacity, which could build up the conception of chapter structural.
3. The follow-up writing of narrative writing associating with multiple ways of teaching is able to promote the writing ability.
4. This study is for reference of improving teaching profession related to language classes and follow up writing classes for third and fourth graders in elementary school.
