A sample system is used as the study system of which the dynamic mathematical models are built and the dynamic behaviors are analyzed. The system dynamic responses subject to disturbances are observed under the situations of sequentially adding loads for the emergency diesel generator and then with the installation of static capacitors. It is found after comparative analyses that static capacitors will improve the system dynamic behaviors effectively.
