The focus group consisted of elementary and secondary School teachers designed Teacher’s Marine Education Resource Website and the teaching resources. The focus group also based on marine education teaching needs to explore Teacher’s Marine Education Resource Website’s functions and contents as the role of website users. The website is designed by the process of ADDIE, focus group discussions and prototyping. This integration method made ADDIE as the main procedure, focus group discussions as the core requirements, and the prototype as the communication tool. Thirty three in-service teachers evaluated the website by 15 education website’s evaluation indicators. The mean of scores is 4.05 and the standard deviation is 0.22.
