Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 材料工程研究所 === 98 === The effects of rolling and sensitization treatment on the hydrogen-assisted fatigue crack growth of 304L stainless steel (SS) were investigated. The results revealed accelerated fatigue crack growth occurred for all the specimens tested in gaseous hydrogen. Generally, the effect of rolling and sensitization treatment had minor influence on raising the FCGR of the specimen. However, the fracture features of the fatigued specimen would be strongly affected by the prior thermo or mechanical processes. Predominantly transgranular fatigue fracture was found in the rolled 304L specimen; intergranular fracture was seen in the sensitized ones.
